    • Basque Cycling Gourmet reserves the right to modify tour dates. In the event of a modification, customers will be offered the option to reschedule.

Returns:

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee:
    • If customers are not satisfied with their experience, they may contact us within 48 hours of the tour completion to discuss their concerns.
    • Basque Cycling Gourmet will evaluate the situation and may offer compensation or alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

General Terms:

  1. Force Majeure:
    • Basque Cycling Gourmet is not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
  2. Responsibility Acknowledgment:
    • Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cycling and gastronomic activities and agree to release Basque Cycling Gourmet from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the tour.
  3. Policy Modifications:
    • Basque Cycling Gourmet reserves the right to modify this refund and return policy. Any changes will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.
